With his 25-year experience in business management and finance under his belt, Jay S. Bautista founded BlendPH, a fintech start-up and the first online peer-to-peer lending platform in the Philippines.
Bautista and the rest of the BlendPH team aim to provide financial inclusivity for lenders seeking an investment opportunity and borrowers looking for alternative financial facilities in the Philippines.
While Bautista keeps the momentum of his success in BlendPH, he also shares his expertise with other organizations. This endeavor includes being the Founder and Managing Director of Insys Technologies Inc., the President of Transport Technology Holdings Corp., and the Director of Diversified Capital Inc.
Bautista’s triumphs in finance and business management are backed by years of experience in other financial institutions he built and led, like Conversia Inc. and Alternative Payment Portal Philippines Inc.
He finished his Agricultural Business and Management degree at the University of the Philippines in Los Baños.

Atty. Marcelino Michael I. Atanante IV is another board member of BlendPH. His law practice over the years is focused on Criminal and Civil litigation, Tax Assessments and Tax Litigation, Contracts and Corporate Law, Election Law, Immigration Law, Aviation Law, and International Commercial Transactions. His knowledge of the law has been proven to steer BlendPH to success.
Currently, he serves as the Government Affairs Manager of Cebu Pacific Air and a Partner at Gargantiel, Ilagan & Atalante. But before this, he served as the legal counsel to a few politicians.
Atty. Atalante IV finished his law at the University of Sto. Tomas and his undergraduate at UP Diliman.

Jay Eloisa Bautista is one of the board members of BlendPH Her extensive experience in business development and sales has always contributed to the success of BlendPH.
Bautista is a former Sales and Marketing Officer of EXCARD PHILIPPINES an online-based printing company in the Philippines.
Bautista, is a Bachelor and Science of Entrepreneurship minor in Fashion Technology from Miriam College, Bachelors and science of Entrepreneurship major in Emerging Market from
HarvardX, and Bachelors is science in social entrepreneurship major in Economics fromUniversity of Philippines Open U.
