FAQs
What is Auto Sangla (ORCR) Loan?
It is a type of loan whereby a borrower presents the original Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt (ORCR) of his/her vehicle to obtain a loan in a fast and easy manner. The vehicle registration documents serve as collateral. BlendPH’s Auto Sangla loan is offered through the peer-to-peer funding platform’s partner-lenders, such as Forbes Lending Solutions Corporation. It is a high approval rate loan, but if the borrower defaults on the loan, the creditor may successfully seize the vehicle owned.
Will I still be able to use my car if I applied, and got approved, for an ORCR loan?
Yes. Even if a vehicle ORCR is converted into cash (and used for any of varied reasons like paying tuition fees, home renovation, or business expansion), the owner will still be able to use the car. The creditor need not take the car, preferably more recent models.
How much is the loanable amount under the BlendPH Auto Sangla loan? How about the interest rate and payment term?
The loanable amount ranges from PhP 50,000 to PhP 2 million (with corresponding interest rates of 1.5% per month for risk type A; 2% per month for risk type B; and 3% per month for risk type C. The payment term is from six months to 36 months.
